Confederation Lewiatan is one of the largest employers’ organisations in Poland, representing more than 4,100 companies employing over one million people, and the only Polish member of BusinessEurope. We help employers advance equal opportunities at work and contribute to national policymaking and social dialogue on labour market equality, including equal and transparent pay.

We deliver advocacy, research and educational activities for member companies, including through our DEI Observatory programme, to raise awareness of, among other issues, the gender pay gap and wage discrimination. We also provide training and capacity-building and facilitate peer exchange through working groups and roundtables on equal pay and pay transparency, helping employers share best practices and implement effective solutions.

EPIC can support our organisation and member companies by sharing best practices, practical tools, and peer learning on equal pay and pay transparency, helping employers compare approaches, strengthening implementation capacity, and ensuring that evidence-based employer perspectives are reflected in the EU and national policy agenda.
